Not lots of furniture and hardware but a smidgen. Some auto supplies also. It's not Huge but it is Large. Not like Costco or Sam's. When they remodeled the City permit was for a 12 million$ upgrade. Maybe 100,000 ft.? Think the Wal-Mart super stores are in excess of 210,000 sq. ft.

Wal-Mart have smaller stores both North and South of Medford, no Sam's. They have purchased in excess of 22 million$ worth of land to build 2 SuperStores w/Sam's. County and City have denied for 2 years granting Permits for one reason or the other to commence construction. Wal-Mart say they have Deep pockets and can drag it out as long as necessary to make their point. It may take years, dunno'
