stamping out a weed that grows in all 50 states is impossible. I was sitting on the beach at Waikiki yesterday when I got a hit from passing smoke. I shook my head and looked down toward the water. Three couples laying on the beach were passing a joint downwind of me. Smelled like potent stuff. We don't get Heroin or Cocaine here. It's too tough to get past the airport people. No trucks, cars, or trains to the islands! So meth is very popular, and tons of pot. You drop a seed on the ground and come back to a plant any time of year.
