There was no formal 'plan' presented... merely the quite reasonable suggestion that any money raised by a suggested tax hike on gasoline purchases be returned to the American people in correspondingly lower taxes elsewhere, to keep the tax change 'revenue neutral', i.e., to raise no more money net then presently is being raised. I'm sure, of course, that there could be a variety of different ways to implement such a proposal... Re: "...Don't forget to kiss your piture of yourself next to the computer...." Thanks all the same for the friendly 'suggestion' there, Tonto (you do know about the origin of the name 'Tonto', don't you? What it means? LOL.), but I prefer sexy women.... <GGG>
