Bush has been shoveling other people's money to the poor like the big government liberal he is. Only you believe Bush is a liberal, and that he has been shovelling money to the poor. It's surprising how people blame or credit an administration for this or that when there are three branches of government. Pretty amazing how the Clinton Admin got credit for balancing the budget when all they did was propose spending programs while the Republican Congress shot them down. Clinton did raise taxes on capital which ended up busting SV, not that any of the superior intellectuals there understood that. So where are the NON-CRATS? Hard to find them in a society steeped in socialism. Who is an anti-crat? Me.
