Wouldn't things have looked a lot better for cheney if he had cooperated fully? Another question is why did cheney start drinking when he got back to the ranch house. Surely he knows enough about the law to know that since he just shot someone he may be asked to take a blood alcohol test. Did he need alcohol that badly at that certain time?
