Yeah, that is a new thing in the last two years I think. I believe it is all management's doing one way or another.

Home Depot is getting much the same way. Their service is horrible.

Walmart's here are still trying to build market share and their customer service is outstsnding. There were three or four stores and last year and over the winter they announced opening three more Super Walmarts in the area. Nevada in general and Reno in particular is growing like an explosion, mainly Calif. transplants escaping their state income tax, we don't have one... ha ha ha. The downside is that housing prices have tripled in the last 10 years or so, along with property taxes. My rent has gone up almost 10% in the last 12 months, fricking Governator Ahnold refugees.
