The trade imbalance. and all the related things I haven't thought of..pollution etc. etc ...." Exactly, those are just a few of the reasons that make government subsidy of either biomass conversion, or direct fermentation of grains, it also justifies government grants to research better methods of conversion such as pyrolysis. r
