Be careful with buying the high end resolution on a laptop. You may find the print too small to read. I had that experience when buying a Dell laptop about 4 years ago.

Your resolution of 1600 X 1200 is on what size monitor?
I am using a 19 inch LCD with 1280 X 1024 and wouldn’t want the resolution any higher.
