Hi Shorts, My posts have consisted largely of material that is available on the internet and which this "person," you wish to defend is apparently proud. I've indicated no personal knowldge at this point. I explained all this in my first and second lengthy posts. Perhaps you wish to read them again. I have added my own opinions and sarcasm after this particular individual started attacking with lies and innuendo. I think most read my posts as they are intended. As for reactions to attacks, I've seen you react in a much more hostile fashion when others attacked you. By the way, despite your posts to me, I'd also say that some of the attacks against you have crossed the line. (Let's put it this way, there is a difference, and most understand it, between a statement that someone plays the skin flute at Carnegie Hall and a statement that a poster, by virtue of his posting, is a "promoter" as that term is generally known in this environment.) Oh yes, I do have to say that your question to me of "who am I?" is a pretty silly one and most of your compadres here would likely agree even if they don't post it. If it makes you happy, my name is David C. Porter. It's a coincidence. Can you believe it!! 2 posters with the exact same name in real life? I can't prove it and you can't prove I'm not, just as you can't prove who you are. That's what the internet freedom of speech people claim to dedicate themselves to, the freedom to post without threats and anonymously. What difference does it make who you are or who I am or which of us is the real David C. Porter, of if both of us are or if neither of us is? Judge my posts by their content as I judge yours. I'm happy to have the same name as you. Welcome brother Dave. Does it bother you that (and I predict it will happen one day here on the internet) that someone will now post and say that rrufff, (also known as David C. Porter by some and known as Ishmael by others and known as Jose Jiminez by others or just plain "Ray" by others), said this or that? It doesn't bother me that someone may confuse your excellent posting with mine as I believe that most judge by the content of a particular post. As for my own motivation, I would agree that if I were to attack stocks that this blogger recommended, then you would be right to question my objectivity. I've exposed his credibility as an objective "research department" as he is admittedly targeting companies about which I have posted or about which other longs, with whom he has a personal "beef" have posted. When I do the same, please get back to me. Logic, brother Dave, is a beautiful thing. Try it. Thanks again.
