I also want to mention that a monthly chart of the dow shows Feb '04 as a reference high...March '05 as a MIM...and since the break over the MDTL that head and shoulders on the daily from Nov '05 is highly typical...so the breakout over the head is the last signal to expect...dare I say it...11,790.

For that last bounce off the ACT (the only one that was non event-driven) to lead to this situation is pretty cool even though that hit on the ACT had me a bit nervous. It's also cool that the bounce off the ACT occurred at the post-MIM low.
