I don't know what we can salvage at this stage for the next thousand years or so.. Turned damn near the whole Muslim population against us as well as many non-Muslims.. Witness Latin America, I think a lot of the current anti-American sentiment down there, especially in the resource rich ones seen what we done in ME and that makes them think a little.. Witness, elections in the last year or two in Venezuela and Bolivia.. And they are arming themselves to the teeth.. NOT GOOD for whole region.. We don't live in a vacuum. An eagle flapped his wings in Iraq and the wind was felt in S.A.. Less obvious fallout is, Who will believe us anymore when we yell "wolf" again? even among our traditional allies. And on and on.
