Cheney thought that there was a quail in the brush just like he thought there were WMDs in Iraq. Off course both were based on "faulty intelligence" In Iraq he played foul attacking Wilson through Valerie Plame, he blamed the entire world including Ahmed Chalabi for the faulty intelligence. On the hunting issue, he blamed Mr. Whittington at first. What do you expect from a guy who cannot shoot straight and instead shoots a man in the face and then shits in his pants by refusing to call up the authorities. He just went to sleep that night, can you believe it. Must have been a "drunkards" slumber. :) :) :)
