There's an entire sector of the economy that is built on charging the least educated and poorest among us the most that can be charged for stuff. The furniture store that's ALWAYS going out of business, the payday loan place and the rent to own store are just three examples. Their customers are the stupid and the inexperienced young, but they've probably existed forever in some form or another, and probably always will.
