If you compound the "official" (i.e, overstated) inflation rates since 1989 and apply that to the value of your house in 1989, you will see that the appreciation has little to do with inflation.

But if you were capable of even BEGINNING that, you wouldn't be an economic MORON of Patsy-like proportions, and you wouldn't need to be instructed (i.e., wasting the TIME of) CYBERKEN...
