Carolyn, I don't know that all car clubs do what we do. I know that our club members may spot a rusting hulk in some junkyard somewhere and send the VIN and door plate info to the data base. Just sit around and talk? No way! No how! We have formal meetings and eat pizza and drink beer and wine. We hold car shows and give prizes. We go places and do things together as a caravan. That latter one makes the cross-country truckers right happy! <g> FWIW, I have not been personally involved with the Cougar Car Club for years but still read the mailing list occasionally. - Holly
