I think you have that backwards. In fact, Walmart is being sued because the businesswomen (in management) are making substantially less than her male counterpart.

If you are referring to businesswomen that started their own companies, I would be interested in seeing the link (if it's convenient). I would not be surprised if this were the case, when you consider women have poured out of F500s at a faster rate than men to start their own businesses - there are substantially more women businessowners than men - which probably doesn't speak highly of corporate America and the "common folks" acceptance of women leaders would be my estimations.
