Are you posting under the influence of alcohol? It's 1:45pm here and I'm at work. What's your story at 1:45am over there? My logic is right, your reading comprehension is flawed. You (incorrectly) assume they already know she and her business is a success. I've seen their acceptance that's immediate, even before the female speaks and well before people know she is successful. Show me the connection between the successful businesswoman in a given country and the fact that the country has had (at some point in its history) a female President. That's where your logic fails.
