Ilan Halimi was the only victim who was caught by the gang. I am not sure what you point is. I tend to agree that it was an anti semitic crime AFTER they found out he was Jewish, but I think it was originally a crime to get money. And were the perpetrators French Catholic or French Muslim? Until all the info is in, I think its a bit early to come to a conclusion. So I am not sure what your comment: "I told you so" is about.
