Jeff, that is an interesting post and I have wondered whether spamming a message board might be construed so as to come under the purview of the Can-Spam act. I haven't studied the act but the summaries I read seemed to indicate that it covered e-mail only. I agree with you that it would be nice to have an interpretation that message boards are covered but I don't see that. If you have a contrary view, please advise. Thanks in advance.
