The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States reviewed the transaction and did not object. The committee, run by the Treasury Department, also includes officials from the departments of Defense, Justice, Commerce, State and Homeland Security.

However Schumer has all the answers. none of the data that was reviewed by defense, state, etc.

these guys keep jumping up and down but never come up with alternatives.

Nativism has always been a strong trait in all countries. The elites have beat it out of visibity in Europe since WWII. It is very "un-PC" in this country. But it is still very strong with the social conservatives, the Buchananites, and the unions.
