But Cheney is the biggest PROVEN liar in the WH. Why would you ever believe someone like that? He still hasn't taken back his lies about Saddam being attached to 9-11 and Saddam having a nuclear program which was close to fruition. Both were total whoppers which have now resulted in huge losses of security for the US in the Middle East. Also, look at the corruption. Cheney, who secretly held onto millions in Halliburton options, has made sure his own company is the biggest beneficiary of the Iraq War. He has also stood by while they have overcharged the Pentagon and gypped US tax-payers every chance they get. Even on this shotgunning the lawyer episode, Cheney showed his first instinct is deceit. It turns out he was forced to go on Fox and didn't even tell the WH he was the shooter the first day. He didn't want to tell anyone anything. The man is one big walking cover-up.
