As amazing as the Palm Island resorts are, I am not sure how they qualify one to run security in the US. If they tried to put something like that inside our ports, it would gum up traffic patterns. Dubai was running out of oil, nad invested in creating a tourist destination. I don't want the people who built a ski resort in a desert running security for major US ports either. Would a Dubai resident be guilty of spying for the US if they prevented their government from importing contraban into the US?
