"But it is nowhere like having 20, 30, 40 million moslems preaching jihad against you." I have not been able to find numbers like that. Not even that many have been in the streets. Assume there are 1,500 million muslims, that they all attend Friday's prayers, that 100 are in each mosque and that there is 1 Imam per mosque then you have 15 million preaching muslims. Now claiming that all 15 million Imams are preaching jihad of any kind is a bit far out.
