Boy do you ever live in your own alternate universe, cut off from everyday reality.

I've been arguing for a few years now that whatever money that is being borrowed against people's homes is being put right back into their homes either in upgrades or updates.

I have personally seen people spend their home refinancing money on posh cars, Hawaiian vacations, children's tuition fees, expensive dinners, new dresses, and of course everyone's favorite - more crap from China.

I can only guess that you'l be up for parole again.

If your probation is granted, you'll discover the world has changed quite a lot since you last walked the streets of America.

Is that part of Lowe's "Buy a new kitchen and get a free SUV!" program?

Oh, I get it....granite countertops and Berber carpeting aren't "spending", it's "investing". Cool, if my wife ever gets a hold of that theory I'll be "invested" to bankruptcy.....<NG>
