I'm glad you posted that as it is pretty much what I expected. Taking a homebuilder public is just another consumer rip off in the end. Like Mirant, Enron, Kmart, etc. the stockholders get screwed but somehow the business continues. Therefore, the homies keep on spewing out crap PR's keeping the shareholders in until the bag evaporates.

Krappily Built Homes is the title of this one.
