Funny that they have historical stock prices prior to 1990 isn't it?

Maybe you don't know that my biggest client in 1989 (40% of my biz) was a big national home builder. I remember the period very well, I survived it, barely. I'm pretty much aware of who was around then and who is around now. It was a tough time, but BK wasn't the norm except for the small non-public builders. Those who expect them all to go TU this time will be disappointed.

really, you think the homies will fall that much from here? I think TOL is pretty low right now. I don't know about the others.
