You might like Lieberman speaking as a Republican who wants more security talk, but I never found Lieberman very appealing in general. He never struck me as a leader. His nonexistent performance in the primaries last time pretty much proves the point. He comes across as an unpleasant whiner without much gravitas. cnn.com Just my surface impression but voters in several states who saw him up close agreed. I am waiting to see how all the candidates come out on the issues, then I will make my decision about who has the best overall package.
