Sorry, I seem to be in error. I wrote that 50% of healthcare spending was controlled by the Federal Government. What I should have written is that that total GOVERNMENT (Federal, State and Local) spending amounts to roughly 50% of money spent on Healthcare Nationally - not Federal Spending alone.

I don't really know but the system where it pays to deny coverage we have now is not right.
