sacramento is really crashing, I know because I have friends who have to drive up that way periodically for work. It has a TON of new home developments just like this Horton thing and they are slashing prices right and left. A little different from the bay area where we are tight on supply.

I wonder if you could post the original source of the Hortom price slash.

I could not find it from Horton's official site.

The two projects are in Olivehurst, CA. How is the area (climate, golf, life in general..)? Is it a nice area to retire (or semi retire)?

I'm sure I don't need to remind the thread that a 40% RE decline is going to wipe out huge numbers of people. That would be quite devastating.
