Well, we can start by having Ted give Steve one of his degrees... yeah! I didn't have the opportunity to get a scholarship based upon my skin color.... I guess in Arkansas they didn't tell you about student loans and working your way through school. BTW which is it.....one minute you have a degree and the next, you don't. Are you mimicking your president and trying to confuse us?
