Dunno. Why don't you ask him? He certainly hasn't had the capability to do much with it for a long while.

Edit: you are making the assumption that a post in NewsMax has some basis in reality. Given the track record of that august publication, that is an unwarranted assumption.

It was to blow up Israel. Saddam was looking to gain some Mediterranean beachfront property and turn it into a combination Ibiza, Cannes, Monaco and St. Tropez resort. It would have been a incredible place.....a must see! A watering hole for the rich and famous!
