Nicholas, I did not say that we do not ration health care in the USA as is done in countries with socialized medicine--quite the contrary. Health care here and elsewhere is, sadly, a finite resource, and there is no getting around that. Socialized medicine is not the nirvana many think it to be or want it to be, although health insurance was supposed to fill in the gaps. - Holly
