re: The above is pretty much accomplished but the Brazilian, Congolese and Chinese person don't need to leave their country. Multi-nationals open offices in Brazil, China and the Congo (maybe not the Congo, where in the world did you get the Congo as a popular location for cheap labor??) and get the benefits of the lower costs. Americans are affected if they can't make the cost benefit case against the Chinese or Brazilians. That's the capitalist system, and it rewards the most efficient. I support that.

As I said before (and you chose to ignore) most lower wage jobs are not exportable. To lower the cost of those positions you need to increase the supply of workers... illegal immigration fits the bill.
