dunno, but the economy has been truthfully sucking wind (regardless of facts) as the island is emptied of capital, dynamic people, and youngsters unable to go to overseas universities or making it to the mainland has been concerned the capitalists and managers with mainland-based jobs do well the writing is on the wall, soon to be stamped on the foreheads, and will eventually be tied around big toes, unless they submit to the intuitively obvious, i suppose, and so perhaps credit card holders may take a fatalistic approach to repayment ... it happened in HK in the lead up to 1997 handover by Britain to China.
