Go to the big cities you'd be amazed. Check out Baton Rouge. It is also booming..

Like others who live in Silicon Valley or Detroit my fellow Floridians have there own view on things from a local perspective. There has to be a real economy somewhere in this country. It sure doesn't appear to be in Florida and on the flip side the rust belt real economy still left is dieing a slow death it seems.. Once everyone talks about boomer demographic trends it is all played out and more than discounted into our markets. If anything hurricane factor makes other areas in the SE come into play more and more. I'm sure I'll be owning a bunch in NC and TX as the years go by.. Are you hearing more and more NC the desireable place to be?
