"I guess no one told Bush that's been possible for many years?"

Well, remember his dad and the barcode scanners...

Maybe this is the startling stuff he was talking about. Taking existing stuff and hyping it like it was new.

The next time you gat a chance to watch a Bush speech, pay attention. He talks to the American people exactly as someone would talk to a group of 8-year-olds.

Apparently a winning strategy.

RE:""Roof makers will one day be able to make a solar roof that protects you from the elements and at the same time, powers your house," Bush said. "The vision is this — that technology will become so efficient that you'll become a little power generator in your home, and if you don't use the energy you generate you'll be able to feed it back into the electricity grid.""

I guess no one told Bush that's been possible for many years?

When you don't read the news.......well, you miss out on things like solar panels.
