I understand and I dont disagree on principle BUT its FAR more important that QUALIFIED companies are involved then the nationality. Today, these large companies are GLOBAL and owe no allegiance to any nation per se. A Global company IMHO is far less likely to harbor terrorists then a local entity. they have the experience and the means to police themselves. jdn

Let's say we get into a scrape with UAE down the pike. Just nationalize the ports and sell to the highest domestic bidder. Don't bother to compensate the UAE.
