point 1: I would probably agree, BUT...I bet that the UNION is the cause of most of that...you think?

point 2: fact is, no one was screaming about those arrangements...but since elections are not too far away, everyone is hopping up ad down like we had invited AlQueeri to lunch.

There are practical physical realities concerning objects and services. When the Army went to invade Iraq, it contracted with the Saudis to operate ports for deployment. We did not ask them for tools or weapons. All over the world America contracts with locals for food, water, housing and all nature of support. Even in times of war and imminent action.
