yeah for sure. And besides I don't know what will happen out here. I feel pretty sure that 92 timeframe was the best time to buy a house last time. It might have bottomed here sooner than the rest of the state, because the tech boom started. Well here we have another tech boom, that might keep the RE market from crashing as hard, I don't know.

If you had really a lot of money buying an apartment building in San Mateo now seems like a great buy.
