The really fascinating thing is that one company is targeted with this type of legislation (requiring healthcare) where in reality, there are many large corps in the US that don't pay healthcare for their employees. (the smaller firms are somewhat exempt because they suffer under the sytem, it is the larger companies who don't opt in who seem to be freeloading imho)

Just shows how bad the walmart PR machine is. I don't like walmart, but I would never advocate singling them out like this. Its amazing it stands up in the courts.
