I agree 100% so yea your opinion makes sense....but I am not sure I can agree with this:

there is no more risk in Peru than Mexico

I don't remember reading about any election issues in Mexico. Mind you I don't think the risk is as big as the alarmists like to make out but I see it has higher than Mexico....

Claude,
WTC has 51 million shares out and BCM has 46 million shares fully diluted.
Do you think if a take over occur on BCM it will be at a higher price than WTC?
