What are the warning signs of the end of a housing boom? In Canada where I live, prices keep going up and up, plain old people are becoming Realtors, people predict the future will be bright for some time.

In the US there are these reality TV shows showing people who are buying houses to flip, they make it sound so easy.

My warning signal is when ordinary people decide to become Realtors.

Booms and busts are normal business cycles, but what are the signs of the end and beginnings?

What’s your threads opinion?
