Sadly, the powers to be in this country apparently have never felt it profitable to engage in Port operations. I would rather have a respectable professional firm operating them then a fly by night with no real experience and no financial muscle to see that its done right. Remember, this is OPERATIONS not inspections. The BIGGEST negative I can find in this deal is that apparently (and I am not even totally sure of this) port operators have access to secret data regarding how we protect ourselves. jdn
