I counted 250 ships in the local harbor a couple years ago while the ILWU struck. Guess who won. They are probably the strongest union in America.

Oh, my gosh, Mike...NO wonder there aren't many companies chomping at the bit to do the job/s! It would be interesting to know if the foreign owned companies can get around some of the rules...
