Sure, testimony is evidence. The case made by the testimony you mention is in grave doubt (and involves a mans opinion as to what was in the heads of others, rather than facts or proof). Compelling remains the case that going to Iraq was done to protect America.

The Saddam tapes are viewed on the right, and by me, as quite damning. Yes, evidence piles up, and the tide is turning against your conspiracy theory being at the bottom of our venture into Iraq. Of course warnings are ignored when something needs doing regardless.
