I don't disagree with what you've said. But let me add that the sun was going down and Cheney wheels around 180 degrees and fires a shot below head level, remember Whittington is down in a swale when he's shot, and people are trying to say that he wasn't intoxicated?

What could ever explain that kind of idiotic erratic behavior...other than alcohol and drugs?
