BUT, if I'm "spinning" in my response then it should be quite easy to answer my question, Where's the pipeline? It's not a tough question. If the author is "clear and unequivocal", as you say, WHERE IS THE PIPELINE? DO YOU GET IT? It's been over 2 years that the pipeline could have begun construction....WHERE'S THE PIPELINE? It's ok to be wrong, but it's not ok to stay wrong in the face of overwhelming evidence......WHERE'S THE PIPELINE? This is an example of a reality defying POV that you quoted in the PM to me. Jim
