Well judging by the fact that Pink Sheets still finds PLNI in violation of not providing adequate information to the public while promoting its stock through a multiple pr'blitz I would have to agree with you:

UCSY, the company that has sued the theWorm06 repeatedly, spent $189,951 on legal expenses last quarter (according to their just released 10Q). The total for all those years of trying is probably seven figures. Yet the guy is going after Zwebner more vigorously than ever. Forget about whether you like the guy or not. That's not the point. The point is that libel suits are ridiculously hard and outrageously expensive to bring. They used to be costly to defend, but people have learned to get coverage through their Homeowners policies, avail themselves of free help sites on the net, and even go pro se knowing these things almost never reach trial. I'm not saying this is a good thing or bad thing. I'm saying that anyone who goes down the road of wanting to sue someone better understand the monetary risk vs. reward.
