I "helped" load a high strung mare onto a transport truck. The driver was being polite and offered me the opportunity to load her. After a couple unsuccessful attempts to start her up the ramp, he offered to take her. A couple minutes later he was backing her into a space inside the truck. Every horse needs a calm, collected and confident handler. I would not claim to be that person now, though put in the situation I could learn to be that person.
