The process of evalution and the other details of the transaction are classified. So public hearing on all means and methods must be done. It's not fair to keep secrets from terrorists. You have a right to that position. No one can trust any thing to any one in government. Every liberal will tell you that unless a liberal is in charge. I understand your position perfectly. And in this case Jimmy Carter is the exception that proves the rule. LOL.....
